Very disappointing experience. I had a 9am appointment booked for a glucose test and received a confirmation message the day before, so I arrived as scheduled after fasting. When I got there, the clinic was closed. I had cleared over two hours out of my workday for this appointment as advised, and not only was it a complete waste of time, but I also didn’t receive any courtesy text, call, or email to let me know the clinic wouldn’t be open. Excellent service from Priyanka at the pathology clinic. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and very supportive. Despite us arriving at closing time, she extended her time by 15 minutes to ensure we were taken care of. Highly commendable service.
Priyanka was really professional & also did a really smooth venepuncture that was painless.
