Incompetent. Went to Laverty Gordon St on 14/10/25 I had a range of important tests that would take 6 weeks to return. 2 weeks later I had a call from laverty telling me someone should have called earlier (they didn’t) as there had been an error and I would need to redo a test. The error wasn’t explained. This would put back my results 6 weeks more. I called my specialist to cancel my appointment they checked and told me they had put my test through as a cancer test and had not done another test that I paid $90 for. I was no... read more
