Worst pathology experience ever! On Saturday, we waited for two hours despite being only fourth in line. The staff member appeared disorganised, and my husband even remarked that she might mix up his tests. Today (Thursday), my GP followed up, only to be told there were no tests under his name. Now I’m trying to call them, but the phone just goes to voicemail.
I am scared of needles but the staff were so nice and very accommodating that they made the whole experience less painful and less stressful for me.
Nurse at Gregory Hills was friendly and professional. Efficient and gentle.
