I had a test done here recently and it wasn't a pleasant experience. The lady who attended to me (Indian,probably) complained right from the start and it seemed like she intentionally wanted it to hurt. The needle spot was sore and swollen. I probably caught her on a bad day but please understand people don't come here for fun. A little empathy goes a long way.
