Most unprofessional experience. An older lady did my blood work this morning and I had asked if I could use my left arm. She bluntly asked why and continued to proceed with my right arm. I insisted I wanted to use my left arm, she got annoyed and made a comment about how it was only 20ml of blood. She barely even checked for my veins and rushed into the whole proces.
