Happy with the blood collection procedure.
Extremely long wait time for what should be a relatively quick pathology visit. Staff worked slowly, and there didn’t appear to be much awareness of how many patients were waiting. Staff assisted #10 to 12 in the 40 mins I spent waiting at the clinic, that’s acceptably inefficient.

They are situated within the MyHealth medical centre right next to the Chemist Warehouse . The place is also open on Saturdays. Staff is friendly very professional and go through appointments in a timely efficient manner . My entire family goes here and I have always been quite satisfied never had an issue . This time I was assisted by Farah I think apologies if I’m spelling that wrong but she Wass lovely just like all other staff I have been served by over the years .
