They are situated within the MyHealth medical centre right next to the Chemist Warehouse . The place is also open on Saturdays. Staff is friendly very professional and go through appointments in a timely efficient manner . My entire family goes here and I have always been quite satisfied never had an issue . This time I was assisted by Farah I think apologies if I’m spelling that wrong but she Wass lovely just like all other staff I have been served by over the years .

Never go here for a blood test. When I visited, the nurse wasn’t able to get my vein to produce blood so she proceeded to twist the needle in my vein several times, causing moderate bruising and swelling. She told me to come back the next day, but I advised that I couldn’t because I took the day off work so she told me to drink water and come back in half an hour, which I did. She tried again in the same arm and managed to get it. Now my arm is bruised and swollen.
This pathology at myhealth medical centre carlingford is best in this area. I have been to other pathology but the customer service here is the best. I met Falguni who goes a way and beyond to help the customer. I had to take my mom for blood test who is visiting and have private insurance. I went to other lab and they were not helpful in explaining the process and cost was also very expensive. Falguni explain me the laverty process and also advised they can claim for us on the spot.
