Avoid!! Booked online for 9am which was confirmed via both text and email. Get there at 8:55 and it is closed with at least 5 others waiting. Ended up leaving at 0930am and was still not open. Very unprofessional! Should have read all the other reviews noting of the exact same situation having waiting for a long time!

Roughest rudest lady on today. Not acknowledging that some people left after waiting for so long. Not letting the full waiting room know that there is a delay and apologise- no courtesy! Simple thing like that would put people at ease to know that you have dealing with a lengthy appointment is so simple but so hard for you to do even when pointing it out. Arrogant lady Fri 31st 8:15am- 9:20 am
Terrible… made an appointment for 8am and no one turned up. Appointment was confirmed by text but yet again left me waiting with no explanation. Found another collection site in Bankstown (Rickard Road), they have been lovely.
