Terrible place!!!! Booked 7:30 and waiting until 8:05 and no one open. No excuse or anything. Unprofessional service,
I came here at 7:30am as they open at 8am to make sure I was the first one so I didn’t have to wait as I’m fasted and already not feeling well. And NO ONE SHOWED UP. After waiting for 20 minutes I decided to leave to go to the one at Rickard road and I’m now number 17. You guys are pathetic, change your start times if you’re not open on Saturdays.
I had a really frustrating experience with Laverty Pathology. I booked online and it clearly said they open at 7:30am. I got there at 8:10am expecting everything to be fine, but the place was completely closed. There were about 10 people waiting outside, all confused with no staff around, no explanation, and no way to contact anyone. Avoid!! Booked online for 9am which was confirmed via both text and email. Get there at 8:55 and it is closed with at least 5 others waiting. Ended up leaving at 0930am and was still not open. Very unprofessional! Should have read all the other reviews noting of the exact same situation having waiting for a long time!
