I would like to commend the staff at Laverty Pathology for their exceptional service. I arrived shortly before closing, yet the collector welcomed me without hesitation. She was professional, friendly, and very gentle during the procedure. I greatly appreciated her patience and care — an excellent example of true customer service.
HIBA was amazing! The blood test was so quick
The Pathology department & the nurses were amazing as per usual. Thank You. Each time I've been to them my results are available in 48hrs to requesting Dr/Drs. No matter if dr is from the medical centre within the same building @ bankstown or an outside Specialist in Kogarah results are available within 2 days. Unless it is required to be a cultured test then that can take up to 1 week for results & they usually inform the patient of this before testing.
