I hired Mr. Joe Lavere to provide plans to remove a small section of a load bearing wall at my house. For $300, he came out to my house and provided the paperwork I needed. Permits were obtained from the city using this paperwork. After demolition, my contractor noticed that Mr. Lavere made a mistake, in that the steel beam in the basement was 8 inches off from where Mr. Lavere thought it was.
