Had my nails done. I was ignored while listening to the manager Laura and her male worker talk in their language my whole visit. Busted, I know some of what they said and they talked about us clients sitting right there. Unbelievable!! She was rude to me that I accidently bumped 1 nail. My tips are already flaking off. We all deserve better treatment when we are paying well for these services. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!
Update: Unfortunately, i have to update my review. On my last trip to the salon, the chemical smell was once again very strong. I asked them to please turn on the exhaust fan, which they did. Why not leave the exhaust fan on for the health and comfort of your employees and patrons? Breathing in those strong fumes is really bad for your health, especially for 8 hours a day. Kind staff and good prices
Services Pedicure, Manicure Stylist I was never told his name, it was a young man. I asked him 3 times to cut my toe nails shorter and he didn't. I also ended up with razor burns on my heels from his scraping til there was blood. I did not want any nail polish on either hand or feet as last time I got them it has to be grinded off and really wrecked my healthy nails. So lesson learned and won't be returning. They also charged full price when I didn't want any polish which I thought was kinda greedy on their part.
