Excellent facility. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. I recieved a 45 min massage and I must say it was one of the best massages I have ever received! Chris was the therapist that performed the massage and I could not have been more satisfied. Highly recommend!
Everyone here was simply amazing. They accommodated myself along with 12 other girls for a bachelorette week. Organizing it with Michelle was very easy and everything went well without a hitch. If there were any problems, none of us knew about it. They were even able to squeeze in extra services for some of the girls. Highly recommend for a bachelorette weekend!!!
My husband arranged for a couples massage for Valentine’s Day. The spa is truly amazing. Our massage therapist were professional and made us feel welcome and relaxed. The atmosphere is first class. We were completely impressed and will be returning again. Highly recommend!
Stacy Cogan has colored and cut my hair twice. I came home yesterday with a slightly shorter cut and my husband loves it! His first comment - your hair is so shiny! Since then, he's made at least two more comments on my haircut. I live nearby, so I will be a regular customer.
Michelle, the Spa Manager has the customer service skills you wish all businesses had! I confess to scoffing at the idea of leaving a message on the spa answering service, after spa hrs, in hopes of securing a spa appt the next day. I thought I would hear back from the spa in the morning, after they opened and had reviewed their messsges. I went to Laventide with 8 women for a bachelorette party and we absolutely loved our experience. The services we had were all wonderful (massages, facials, manis, pedis, and a blow out)! The staff were friendly and professional and the head of their team, Michelle Rock, is phenomenal. She is attentive, quick to respond, personal, and organized. I will definitely be returning and will be recommending this place often!
I had a wonderful experience here. After two days of skiing for the first time, I took my sore muscles to Laventide and had a wonderful massage. Michelle could not have been more accommodating in finding a time for me and calling me to let me know of a cancellation. Kara is an EXCELLENT masseuse and I have had more than a few massages in my day. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
Laventide is so wonderful! We felt so welcome and so relaxed. Maddy did my mom and my manicure and pedicure and she was amazing!! So sweet, careful, paid attention to detail, and did such a beautiful job!! THANK you Maddy and the rest of the Laventide staff! You rock :)
