Something is deeply wrong with this practice—their provider turnover is shockingly high (I was a patient there for a year and when I started there were probably 10 providers, and by the time I left NONE of them were still working there!) And they seem to have a noncompete clause in their provider’s contracts, essentially forcing you to stay with the practice, rather than with your doctor.
