Best Eyebrow Wax in the St. Louis Area! – Pam is a one woman operation so she develops a relationship with you quickly. She is friendly and takes her time -- you never feel rushed through when you go in. I've had lots of services that Pam offers (mani/pedi, facials, etc), but I have to say, she is the absolute BEST with eyebrows.
