Not great. Stopped in here a while ago but should've read the lower reviews before. Everyone seems nice, but low quality massage. Who does a good job here?
Lavender Spa is fantastic. The owner, May, is one of the kindest and most attentive massage therapists I've met. She helped me tremendously with my neck pain by addressing areas I didn't even realize were tired. The atmosphere is very relaxing-clean rooms, fresh scent, and calming music. Downward trend in quality/service. The last couple appointments I scheduled weren't honored. Masseuse didn't use the full time for the massage and was low quality (started late/ended early). Room wasn't clean-- table smelled of previous person's body odor (BO). Used to go here when in the area, but will not be returning and haven't since. Owner’s response isn’t true…

Excellent experience at Lavender Spa in Bellevue. The deep tissue massage and acupressure were exactly what my body needed. I came in with a headache and cold symptoms and left feeling completely relieved. She’s highly skilled, attentive, and somehow knew where I was holding tension without me saying much. Highly recommend.
