Downward trend in quality/service. The last couple appointments I scheduled weren't honored. Masseuse didn't use the full time for the massage and was low quality (started late/ended early). Room wasn't clean-- table smelled of previous person's body odor (BO). Used to go here when in the area, but will not be returning and haven't since. Owner’s response isn’t true…
Went for head and neck massage. May is so great with her technique in finding the right pressure points and removing muscle knots it was worth every single penny. Clean place and relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
Not great. Stopped in here a while ago but should've read the lower reviews before. Everyone seems nice, but low quality massage. Who does a good job here?
Lavender Spa is fantastic. The owner, May, is one of the kindest and most attentive massage therapists I've met. She helped me tremendously with my neck pain by addressing areas I didn't even realize were tired. The atmosphere is very relaxing-clean rooms, fresh scent, and calming music.
