They are extremely knowledgeable and talented in their work. I've had such an amazing experience with them for such a reasonable price point! Its been hard to find a hair stylist I can trust in Ann Arbor because they do a poor job and/ or are over priced ($100+ before tip) but this was just an amazing experience through and through. I highly recommend Sophia! This was my first time visiting the salon, and from the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and kind. Scheduling was quick and easy online, and I had no wait time for my appointment. Sophia looked at my inspiration photos and immediately got excited, which made me feel confident I was in great hands. The wash was gentle and relaxing, and the haircut—truly the best I’ve ever gotten—turned out exactly how I envisioned. Sophia is now my go-to hairdresser. Absolutely recommend!
Sophia does a great job! Great for coloring and especially great with kids.
The worst hair experience I ever had. For an all over hair color the price isn’t the most expensive that I have done (oh maybe this is why I shouldn’t try this place ). When I came in I show the picture of the hair color to both Stacy and Emma. They said oh yes, it can be done but not exact. I said okay close to it is fine. Guess what, my hair color went back to how I came in, after 2-3 washes. At check out, it was also funny that the initially charge was $80 while on their booklet it says $75.
