Patricia is an amazing skincare professional. She uses the most current products and techniques. She is known for her care and concern with each client. Patricia has provided me with skincare for nearly 20 years and I am always delighted to continue to learn from her how best to take care of my skin. I recommend her 1000%
Patricia does NOT deserve that 1 star. I've had nothing but 5 star service... and I am a person of color. I hope whoever reads that last review decides for themselves by giving Ms. Faulstick a fair opportunity. She is a caring professional and puts her heart into providing excellent service. I schedule at least monthly and will continue to follow Patricia. I love her passion to do a good job.
I recently visited this spa with my pregnant wife for a facial. During my treatment, the owner, Patricia Faulstick, applied something to my face that caused me to have difficulty breathing. When my wife raised concerns about a cream that was used prior to my hydro facial, Ms. Faulstick reacted by asking both of us to leave the spa.
