I came in for a pedicure for myself & a kids pedicure for my little sister. Amy was AWESOME!!!!! with her, she made sure we were comfortable & made her experience wonderful. I had Theo do my pedicure, he was great! My only concern would be some slight discomfort during the process of filing down my toenails, it was quite rough & at some point he filed my skin on my ankle (accidentally of course) & it left me with a scar. However besides that, our experience was pretty great!
I have been there a few times before and had a good experience with pedicures, but this time I went to get my manicure with dip done and didn’t have a very good experience. I told them in advance that I am getting my bridal nails done and they gave me an inexperienced person, who did an ok job and took 2 hours to do my manicure. I will add that I when I went there again they were very nice to me and provided complimentary service to take off my dip nails, I am changing my review from 3 stars to 4 stars.
I loved my experience there it was my first time. James was so nice also made sure I was comfortable also being patient with me and what color I wanted. I will be going again the only thing I would say to improve on is a dust collector because I was breathing in a lot. I payed 55! They take cash tips so if you wanna tip bring cash!
I came in for a much needed manicure and happily walked out with the most amazing nail art! I showed James a picture of what I had in mind and he made it happen! He is very thorough and efficient and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. Thank you, James! You are phenomenal!
