Jenny is the REAL DEAL! I have been 4 year loyal customer at a nail salon closer to my home. I walked into Lavemdar NAILS while my nail lady was outvof the country. I was so lucky Jenny took me right then and there. I explained I was only going to be a ONE TIME CUSTOMER, since my regular nail lady I loved. Lots of upselling. Good for pedicure. But I've never gotten what I wanted when it comes to nails.

I came here for the first time and was immediately given a warm greeting and helped even though it was busy. All of the employees were super nice and friendly! Jenny was determined to find the right shade of pink that I wanted for my nails and constantly asked me if I was happy with the color which was super kind of her.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the services received from this company. The unauthorized charge of $40.00 for a tip is unacceptable, and the work quality is poor. I demand a refund; if not, I will escalate this matter by filing a police report.
