My salted caramel late was extremely salty, this was my first time trying and I think they added a lot of salt, actual salt and when I asked to remake it without salt Chloe, who claimed to be a manager, refused saying that it’s salted caramel, salt is in the recipe and the name. I never thought L&H will have such poor customer service, she was actually was very aggressive too with her response to my request. I’m very disappointed.

I've been going here for years and this is one of my fav coffee spots. They also have vegan goodies like the best moon pies ever. Everyone who works there is always super pleasant, just watch out for the long line on weekends!

This coffee shop was clean and customer service was amazing!! I love that they sell local honey and the jars are super cute! They also have a deli but we didn’t get to try that as we were in a hurry. We ordered iced coffees: pistachio honey latte and teddy graham latte. These were delicious and perfectly balanced flavors, not too sweet and very coffee forward which we loved! We will definitely be back to try their other drinks and the deli!
