Olivia is a gem! She did a fantastic job on my hair but even more important is that she actually read my appointment notes before I got there and understood completely. I asked for a silent service as salons are so loud, it’s so chaotic and my brain just can’t handle that AND having a 45 minute long conversation with somebody I don’t really know.
