Ridiculous. I've been here several times, but will not be returning after me last 2 appointments. When I called, they couldn't find the scheduling book, couldn't find my chart, etc, etc. Highly unorganized for a professional business and like the other reviewer mentioned, there was a lot of pressure to buy unnecessary products. On top of that, I was overcharged for both my visits. Timers weren't set for electrolysis sessions. She worked 20 minutes and charged me for 30.
