Extremely disappointing experience with Lavender Dental, particularly with the administrative staff and their handling of insurance and patient communication. Before scheduling as a new patient, I specifically provided my insurance information so coverage could be verified. The office contacted my insurance company, and on two separate occasions I was assured that my cleaning and X-rays were fully covered. Dr. Buchanczenko is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and has a natural way of making you feel comfortable and at ease. She creates such a positive, relaxed environment and genuinely cares about her patients. Truly cannot say enough good things. Highly recommend!
