Tammy is awesome!! I’ve been looking for a good massage therapist in Cookeville for awhile now, but either they talked too much or they just didn’t seem to have good technique. I stumbled upon Lavender Cottage Spa and I’m so thankful I did! Tammy is probably the best therapist I’ve ever been to. She listened to what I wanted, didn’t talk through my session and her technique was awesome. I’ve booked several appointments out and highly recommend her.

Natasha was amazing!! I went for a massagw last night as a treat after my long drive back home from Ohio and I feel sooo much better today! My body instantly felt relaxed once she began my massage, she was very attentive and professional!
Michelle gave me a massage and it was amazing!!!! She listened to me and got all of my kinks out. I've had several massages done in Cookeville and this one was by far the best. Booking was super easy and convenient. I will be back for sure staff is so friendly. Make sure you go see Michelle for an awesome massage!!!! The massage room was so relaxing and I really liked the products Michelle used during my massage. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars
A good friend of mine surprised me with a 1 hr deep tissue massage last week and it was just what I needed! It was a very relaxing environment with very professional staff!
I won a 30 min massage and a manicure from the win it Wednesday! It was an amazing experience and they were so very nice and I really appreciated winning because I would never have gotten to do it otherwise right now! Shout out to TAMMY Stumpf and T. Phillips they were awesome!
Tammy is amazing. I love her techniques, and that she starts face up! Compared to many many other therapists I have tried, she is the absolute BEST!!!
