Stephanie's hair salon on 52 Pleasant street, portland, Maine, is the worst experience i have ever had!! First, i booked an appointment at 10:30am with the owner herself. Got there on time and they kept leaving me to finish other people's hair. My hair wasnt done until 20:05 pm!!! She doesn't care for her clients. Especially if she doesnt know you. I LOVE this salon. It has such a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, I immediately felt comfortable. All the plants make it feel like you're in a serene garden, and it's so calming. Jenn asked me lots of questions about my hair, and really listened to my ideas of the overall look I was aiming for. She didn't once make me feel bad about my overgrown, self-done wolf cut.
