The technicians that come are very knowledgeable. They are very professional and know just what to do and can explain what the problem was. The only thing I had a problem with is they came 3 hours early and I was still in my nightgown. My husband let them in. I fault my husband on that one. I would have appreciated a call to check with us if that time was ok. I would like to be dressed before they arrive. I don’t understand why anyone would come 3 hours early. They call or text you to let you know when they will arrive and arrive when promised. Charges are very reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing electrical service/repair.
