This office is completely unorganized. I submitted my new patient intake form well in advance, including my insurance details, for a morning appointment. On the day of my visit, they called me last-minute to say they had just reviewed my paperwork—only to inform me that their website was wrong and they don’t actually accept my insurance. Total waste of time. Very frustrating.
Great bedside rapport, listens to understand my concerns and addresses them. I always feel better after treatment!
I have been involved with the chiropractic profession for over 42 years. I recently went to Dr. Laven for four visits and now I have a massive herniated disc at L4-L5. He had no follow up and showed no remorse. I can not recommend him and gave him one star because there is no zero. This was the biggest mistake allowing him to adjust me. It is obvious he doesn’t believe in “first do no harm.”
Dr laven has been my chiropractor for years Believe me I have gone to others . With no results . I suffer from neck pain , no matter how bad it is Dr laven , will takes care of it .he has a gift He is patient and knows his craft , I do live far I don’t mind the driving to get the results I am looking for . he is one of the best chiropractor I have seen . Thanks Dr Laven for all you do .
