The pa and doc were very attentive and caring
Very thorough. Expressed a lot of true care and compassion and mad me feel very comfortable. My care plan was explained very well and I was included in decisions. This was a "second opinion" and the difference was huge. I have transferred my care to this practice.
Dr. Lavelle is always kind and caring. Always listens to my point of view. Takes as much time as needed. Never seems to be in a hurry.
