Bought a three pack of Lavazza Super Crema from them on Amazon. They shipped one bag within a reasonable time frame. As soon as the price of coffee went up they continually delayed the shipping even though the same product listing is active but for $10 more on their Amazon site. It's been two months and they still delay every time the estimated shipping date comes closer

No walk-ins allowed here. Their retail unit is located here and is called Italy Best Coffee but they only sell online and through Amazon. No returns allowed which is unacceptable especially when you receive old, stale, beans. They charge PA sales tax on coffee which is a violation of the PA tax code.

Would’ve given one star, but have had good coffee in the past. Lavazza, your “Costiera” Light Roast is being roasted either too hot, too long, or not being cooled quickly enough. Customer Service is excellent, but I don’t have confidence in your Brand of roasted ground coffee if it says “light roast” on the bag but is actually medium to dark roast in the bag. Quality control shouldn’t be letting this product out of the plant.
