Lavanya is a trustworthy realtor who gets the deal done. We had a very bad experience with another realtor 3 years ago and were very apprehensive about dealing with one again to sell our house. But Lavanya was there to guide us every step and gave us updates almost every day. The best part was we were able to make the deal off market and didn't had to go through the headache of vacating the tenants and staging the house.

Lavanya helped me sell my condominium (she was the one who helped me buying that 😉). She understood our priorities and communicated the process very early and the costs involved so that we can make decisions clearly. She helped with staging, photography and 3d tours for the property.
