I was really nervous about seeing a Aesthetician as I've only ever had medical botox done by a long term doctor and wow, I had a fantastic first time visit. There was no pressure, and I felt extremely welcomed. Tammy was throughout and super sweet and listened to everything I was saying. The front desk lady was also super kind and helpful. Thanks ladies, I look forward to coming to your salon often.

I had consultations at several different places, and most of them, if not all, tried to upsell me and ignored my preferences. However, my experience with Jessica and the Lavana team was the complete opposite. Everyone was incredibly kind and never pushy, treating me with respect. Jessica, in particular, was amazing—she made sure I was comfortable, provided encouragement, and supported me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!
