I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with Levana Medical Aesthetics. I visited the clinic twice for consultations: for laser hair removal on my face and also for PRP for face and neck. I booked a PRP package in good faith and had to reschedule twice, both times with more than 24 hours’ notice due to unavoidable personal circumstances (once because I had a fever, and another time because I had unexpected guests at home). I’ve been getting my laser underarm treatment and chemical peels done by Catherine, and the results have honestly been amazing. I’ve noticed a visible difference, and my skin feels so much smoother and healthier.
