I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this clinic was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to share it. I dealt with Jes , and her customer service was disappointing to say the least it actually felt a little racially motivated if I’m being honest. I found her communication dismissive and unprofessional, which left me feeling unheard and frustrated throughout the interaction. Had a facial today and loved every minute of it. The staff was so friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. Kayla walked me through each step of my facial from start to finish and made sure I felt comfortable. I left glowing and can’t wait to be back for my next one!
