I recommend LaVan & Neidenberg to anyone who is seeking help with obtaining disability benefits from Social Security. Each and every representative I dealt with was always courteous and professional; from the office personnel to the attorney who appeared in front of the judge with me. Even though my disability case took a very long time to pursue and finalize which was of no fault of the lawyers it ended in a positive conclusion. Guerdine Deus who handled my claim for the law firm as a representative was adept, informative and courteous throughout the entire ordeal. Filing for disability is a long and strenuous process. But once I signed up with Lavan & Neidenberg I let them do all the work. I would get quarterly phone calls from Jesse on the updates. Then about 2 1/2 years later I actually was scheduled a hearing here in Atlanta with the firm's lawyer Josh. What a great guy. Very knowledgeable really wanting to help, really going the extra mile. They handeled everything for my disability claim. I won my claim of course. I have no complaints at all. However, I had times that I needed to speak with someone ASAP and it may have taken a couple days or so and they would call me back. But I am not complaining at all because they did call me back. I highly recommend them.

Applying for SSDI is at best – an overly complicated process as is the case with most government based programs. I knew this was something I would not be able to tackle on my own. I contacted LaVan and Neidenberg and was assigned my case worker – Teresa McGill. Teresa has been so very helpful, patient and kind during this very long and complicated process.
