October 22, 2015 was the date that this Lawfirm that helped me become Fight the VA to receive my compensation for disability. Even though my disability case took a very long time to pursue and finalize which was of no fault of the lawyers it ended in a positive conclusion. Guerdine Deus who handled my claim for the law firm as a representative was adept, informative and courteous throughout the entire ordeal. Filing for disability is a long and strenuous process. But once I signed up with Lavan & Neidenberg I let them do all the work. I would get quarterly phone calls from Jesse on the updates. Then about 2 1/2 years later I actually was scheduled a hearing here in Atlanta with the firm's lawyer Josh. What a great guy. Very knowledgeable really wanting to help, really going the extra mile. They handeled everything for my disability claim. I won my claim of course. I have no complaints at all. However, I had times that I needed to speak with someone ASAP and it may have taken a couple days or so and they would call me back. But I am not complaining at all because they did call me back. I highly recommend them.
