I went there today with intent to get a full load of lumber delivered. so I went to the pro-*counter thinking that they could help me... The large guy, bald head with an arm tattoo was the rudest person I have encountered in a long time. He acted like I was a bother to him and I asked a question and he was trying to make me feel stupid for asking for an idea and a price on something. Therefore I will never go there again. Middleton lumber does an excellent job at trying to get the lumber product out to the customer. They are very good at doing returns too. I dont know anything about their kitchen / bath depts. but i wouldnt go there for that ... i'd go to a kitchen / bath store to purchase those items
Terrible customer service! They close at 2 on Saturday. Pulled up at 1:58 to grab some fasteners for a deck I'm in the middle of building. Locked doors. Employees walking out telling me their closed 2 minutes before posted time. Now you understand why the big box scores are kicking your ass. So much for shopping local.
We have been ordering our pellets from Middleton in Dover for several years now. They are so easy to work with. We have always received prompt deliveries with very courteous service. Every aspect of our contact with them has been wonderful, from the person answering the call to place an order to the delivery being placed exactly where we ask. We look forward to many more years of business with our friends at Middleton Building Supply in Dover.
My builder has a contract with this company and I was working with Mark Colby the kitchen "specialist" for my kitchen cabinets and countertop. Multiple problems! Too many issues to list and he lies as well. Poor quality, lack of communication and extremely poor service. I would suggest you run fast in the opposite direction!
Usually have what I need. Very helpful staff. Their prices are excellent at or below box stores for the most part and they're local.
