We used them for a job when our garage door would not open. They sent a tech out who told us the part would be in the next day two days later they returned after our garage door was open for two days. This tech installed the part when the garage door still did not work he said he did not know what was wrong he only worked on commercial installations please be aware if you use this company they are very unprofessional.

DOESN'T DISCLOSE EXTRA CHARGES - I called Lavallee Overhead Door on 11/1/2012 to get price to replace cable on garage door. I was told the labor would be $90 for first half hour and $50 for each additional half hour, plus parts. When repair guy arrived, he suggested I also replace the springs and pulleys when he is replacing the cables. He gave me price on parts and said that labor would be $140 for a hour and he should be able to replace everything within an hour. I agreed to have him do work. Very good, skilled installers and repair folks. They installed my doors ~5 years ago. Today they charged me $217 for minor maintenance that took 30 minutes. Incredibly overpriced, they lost me as a customer.
