$650 HOA fee for some trailer after spending over 150k on a trailer 😂😂😂😂 and still gotta mow your own lawn! What's the HoA FEE FOR? " HEY THERE NOW, WE NOTICED YOU ONLY HAVE 1 TIRE IN YOUR YARD. YOUR trailer park HOA demands at least 2 spare tires in the yard y'all heard me! We ritzy trailer folk here. Respect!
Nice quiet place to live with a "in the country" like setting. A lot of the older trailers are being removed to allow for new homes to come in. Some of the streets could use a little TLC signs, would like to see new trees & shrubs planted to replace the ones cut down. The owner & staff are very nice and act quickly on any park issues.
Love the Quietness of the park. Joe and Billy & crew are excellant for Seniors. New lots are small though. Joe is updating the park with new trailers. Country Setting
