One of their drivers drove in reverse and crashed into my car, causing over $5,000 in damage. He left the scene of the crash. I reached out to the company that day, and again, and again. Two weeks later, I finally got a return call —first very friendly, seeming willing to help —but the Boss then called me and said I can't prove anything. Their cameras delete footage after two weeks. This is not the way to run a business.
