I came here for an emissions test and was told I passed. They said my results would be sent directly to the DMV, but a while later I got a notice saying my plates were suspended. When I went back, they suddenly claimed I never passed. Completely unprofessional and dishonest their mistake cost me time, money, and stress.
Drove a half hour to get an emissions test at this place and they told me to call back in an hour to set an appointment. So called back and they returned my call 24 hours later stating no appointment is needed.
Has emission test done friendly staff
I had my emissions test here. They were very quick and professional. I was there for about 15 mins or less.
We’ve been going here for about 5 years with different vehicles. (5 drivers in our family = many repair opportunities 😂). This is the most honest shop in MKE in our opinion. May not be the cheapest- not sure. But they are old fashioned, honest guys who do great work.
