Next Level Customer Service Recently, a hinge on our kitchen cupboard broke. I recalled that the previous home owners had the kitchen installed by Laurysen 25 yrs ago, so I called Laurysen thinking it would be the best place to get a replacement hinge. I went in and they advised me that there was a lifetime warranty on replacement hinges and gave me a replacement set for free and with no questions asked. They installed the kitchen cabinets in my newly built home, and within just four months of moving in, the cabinets had already begun to deteriorate. This was extremely disappointing, especially because these were not standard cabinets; they were selected and paid for as an upgraded option. I was having some drawer slide issues that Laurysen installed in our custom home about 20 years ago. I tried to find the correct slides everywhere, online, in stores and could not find them anywhere. I decided to stop into Laurysen on Colonade. We had a new kitchen from Laurysen installed in our 1965 home this year and we are so pleased. The kitchen is now the star of our home and we have more cupboard space than before. Our designer, Rachael made great suggestions we would not have thought of and everything fit perfectly as per her measurements. The style and colour is classic and the large drawers and soft close systems are wonderful. Laurysen listened to what we wanted and 100% delivered. Highly recommend.
