I had a service call with Laury heating on 4/16/25 . The tech that came out was so understanding and considerate . My husband has dementia and Alzheimer’s and is usually not nice to deal with . Josh handled himself very good and was kind. I stepped in and explained to Josh the situation and he was so understanding . He will be my preferred tech going forward Thank you Josh !!!
The two gentlemen were kind and very experienced. They did a very clean job. I would recommend them, they installed two vents for me and relocated my thermostat to a better area. Thank you for your help Donna Pozzi
Laury Heating installed new gas heater today. Removed and disposed of old unit, Installed new unit and tested. John & Matt did a great job. Great job respecting our property and reviewed install with us. One day turn-around!
I could not have asked for two better technicians!! They arrived on time and did an amazing job! Love the fact that we now have gas heat!!
Caleb is an excellent employee, he explains everything that the sweer ejector pump wasn't working. He explains that we need it a new pump and told me how much it would cost. I was verry pleased that he order the part and one of your employee call me to give me the good news that the part they had it on stock and I requested to send Caleb to finish the job.
