Hahaha Very RUDE receptionist. Its been over 2yrs since I had my last eye exam and I was trying to make an appt they refused to give me service. Saying my eyes burning and blurry vision was a medical issue LOL i ask the receptionist why she said cuz itching is a medical. I said NO burning and itching are TOTALLY two DIFFERENT things. Me saying that's BS doesn't make sense. She said I was cursing at her 🤣 arguing with a patient and playing the victim Very Unprofessional. I made an appointment because at night the lights are blurry I told the lady that made my appointment that I go to my appointment get on the machine paid for my frames I get glasses in two weeks I'm thinking it's for the night because that's what I went in for I got regular glasses and when I called to let them know that the glasses isn't working at night and that was the reason why I made the appointment she tells me to wait a week and a half and if still not working I'll have to pay $175.00 I had full coverage with my insu... read more
My 1st time calling an the staff on the line was super Friendly. The office is clean and nicely decorated. Dr. was cool, calm an collected 3c's. The lady who put my prescription in was patient and kind. Appreciate everyones time an attention. Received my new prescription glasses, and I can see!!! So excited!
