I went to this jewelry shop today to sell a pendant it was the worst experience in a jewelry shop I ever had the old man was very unprofessional to think a person with so many years working as a jeweler working with the public would know how to talk to people he grabbed my pendant threw it at me and said it was fake with out even testing it when I know it’s 100% because I have the authenticity for it he didn’t even let me show it to him and asked me to leave worst jewelry ever. Maybe it’s time for retirement
I absolutely love this place. I originally came here for a charm repair after checking several other locations where the prices were much higher. Since then, I’ve purchased multiple items from them. They even repurposed a ring into a band for me. They truly care about their customers and offer great pricing.

Honest, friendly and fast service. We visited 3 or 4 times to get new batteries for watches. One of the watches was not good but he was honest to let us know about and didn't charged for the battery, also good prices. Him and his wife welcome us with a pleasant voice.
