can't talk to anyone ,always a machine

Visited Harris Family Practice for kidney stones . The visit went well and I was satisfied until I got the bill for the lab work. "Medicare denied payment for some or all of the tests,indicating they were not medically necessary based on the diagnosis provided by my doctor. " If I had secondary insurance they would have also not paid since the claim was denied by Medicare. Now looking for a new primary physician that will look have my financial health as well as my physical health.
So my wife had to do a follow up to get a reference for a surgery. The surgery is a emergency surgery. So instead of them giving her the paperwork so she could gone n have her surgery they drug their feet stood around doing nothing and made her wait intill some one came back from lunch! A whole hour I wouldn't recommend this cluster to no one!
Everytime I call the office to get my medicine refill, they either call one in, or none at all. Then have to always call back and still never gets done on time. Just like today I have been wait a week for refill, called the office told them again and like always they alone called in one of my two refills. Called them back at 4:25pm stay on the phone intill 5:02pm which now I know they are closed. When you do go see the dr, always takes a hour and half to see anyone that's with an appointment.
