I recently purchased two pots of creeping Phlox there, & a day after I planted them, it rained, & the blooms all fell off. Now it is partially brown, & looks sick. I called & was told that it was force bloomed & that it would not bloom again this year. They cost 12.99 each & I told her I was unhappy with them. She said they don't guarantee perennials.
