Dr. Wallace is compassionate, caring and a good listener. I feel like I am being heard and that my good health is important.
Beware - There is a reason Roper St. Francis Primary Care has a D- rating by the Better Business Bureau and Dr. Wallace is no different. I would not recommend going to Dr. Wallace unless you want to be taken advantage of and pay for things you did not ask for. She took advantage of my college age daughter who simply asked for a well-women appointment that is covered by our insurance. My daughter first had to pay for a "new patient" appointment before she would even schedule a well-woman exam. During that appointment Dr. Wall... read more
Front end staff was attentive and kept the registration process moving and pleasant. The doctor was delayed but did acknowledge and apologize. I found Dr. Wallace to be very high energy, and a good listener.
