Ok, as a provider myself, I see that a lot of these complaints are related to scheduling. Welcome to the new reality. We all have insurance but nobody to see patients. There are only so many hours in a day and I don't see this provider sacrificing patient care quality for the sake of seeing more in a day. That said, Dr. Hult is thorough and professional; has an excellent bedside manner. Her care is UTD with the current AAP guidelines and I feel confident with her care.
Seems like I can never get an appointment. Always full.
The only problem I have with the doctor is that I can never get an appointment. Even for my child's yearly visit I constantly call and ask for an appointment and they say they are 100% booked for 6 months (or maybe 3 months) and are not booking any further ahead. Ridiculous. I call early in the morning when my child is sick and they are all booked for that day. Urgent Care has actually become my doctor. They need to stop accepting new patients.
