Laurie's knowledge of Greenwich Village real estate is second to none. Every block, building and apt, she knows the price, design and history—and how it relates to your goals. She was both accommodating of our schedule and tireless in showing the apartment. After she found a buyer (two actually) for our co-op, she poured over the board package creating a fantastically smooth process. It cannot be said enough, it is a pleasure to work with Laurie.

Working with Laurie was a dream. I had a baby at home so I didn't want countless showings that would disturb precious nap time--our goal was to sell our apartment with as few showings as possible. Laurie understood our needs and was able to sell our apartment unlisted at full asking price after one showing. She's like a match maker, she knew who our buyer was and found them for us. Laurie's personal and professional connections are priceless. Plus she's funny and lovely to work with!

Laurie was a wonderful agent to work with to sell our apartment on 9th St. Her communication was quick and she is extremely knowledgeable about the entire city! Laurie stayed on top of every detail from listing to closing and made sure that there was nothing overlooked. Our apartment went on the market at an open house. We had four offers right away and were under contract by the end of the week AND Laurie was able to get the final sale price way over our asking price! We highly recommend Laurie!
