I searched long and far for a dentist that would be both professional and excellent and would make me feel at ease and be realistic about the treatments prescribed. I was delighted with Dr. Shepherd and recommend her and her staff highly.
Dr. Shepherd is great and is also great with our young kids. Her entire staff is very professional and skilled. I always recommend her to my friends.
I called Emergency this morning. Dr. Shepherd's staff had an emergency of their own: a temporary shut-down of computer with no access to her schedule. Regardless, Staff got me in & work done within 2-hours. Dr. Shepherd is excellent but also her Staff who always are there. I love her setting with huge windows viewing clouds & jets across blue skies while she describes clearly what is going to happen when. Rarely a nervous moment-- She is Best Ever! Laurel Strand
Best dentist I've ever had (and I've had plenty). My two kids (6&4) go as well and they are great with kids.
Dr Sheperd and her staff are terrific, esp. with kids! She has been our family dentist for over 9 years and we are really pleased with her work.
I've had a very good experience with Laurie. She is conscientious and careful, and very professional. I would prefer more face time with her, but her hygienists are also expert.
I have been going to Dr. Shepherd for many years now and she is GREAT. I previously had dental fear, but not any longer. She is so gentle, through and just a wonderful caring person. I have referred numerous people to her and they all feel the same.
