I called to schedule an appointment with a new doctor but instead of getting an appointment, I was informed of how this doctor doesn't have appointments until May...so what just schedule it...and that i should see a GI. I was informed to see a PCP...which this dr is a PCP right. The lady that answered the phone should be educated a bit more and to do her job and schedule appointments unless this dr is longer accepting new patients...
I have been going to Dr. Laurie as I call her for almost 10 years now. She is one of the kindest and compassionate doctors I have ever been to and truly cares about your well being. She remembers you and is very thorough with your visit. I am never rushed and she is always interested in any questions or concerns you have. I will be going to her for as long as she practices. My only complaint is the front desk over the years have not been very polite and this is a shame considering what a treasure you get with Dr. Laurie once... read more
