I had a small basal cell ca on my lip and she slashed from tip of nose down to lip and across on the very first part of the surgery. No finesse involved. I look like I had a surgery for a cleft pallet. I believe this actually could have been burned off. I felt she was rushed and wanted to take care of it on the very first try. Simply a horrible experience!!!

I go in annually for an all over skin check, due to my fair skin and freckles. The past two years the PA with the southern accent has spent a total of 5 minutes with me per visit. This includes me rushing through any questions I have. Naturally, they bill for a full visit. I'll be switching providers. My health is worth more than five minutes.

This office cancelled my appointment less than one hour before the scheduled time. They then called me back ten minutes later to offer me a different appointment, twenty minutes from when they were now calling. I told them that I could be there in 20 minutes. They told me to hold while they confirmed. 5 minutes later they told me okay. I got to their office about 5 minutes late, then waited for 10 minutes while the staff got another patient checked out. They then sent me to their other off
