Very personable and professional
I felt well cared for
Showed up for pre-colonoscopy appointment. Receptionist was very polite. She was very thorough reviewing the preparation instructions. My complaint is that I scheduled the procedure over two months in advance and the best you can do is notify me a day in advance of a six hour appointment window. It’s not just my inconvenience, I have another person involved due to needing a ride home. I spent my career making sure customers were treated properly, and this is pathetic customer service.
