We used Laurie Duncan to rent out our unit over the summer of 2023. Its been 5 months since the unit was rented out and we have yet to receive the money. She kept the money and stopped responding to both text and phone calls after initially telling us that she is "getting it together" in response to the check that we have not received. We are in a process of hiring a lawyer and filing complaint with the state commission
